As much as we advocate for payment on delivery,There are some Terms and Conditions to ensure smooth user experience.
ORDERS WITHIN NAIROBI AND NEARBY COUNTIES
1. Doorstep delivery – In this option we will dispatch your order with our trusted rider(s) you will pay for the product and delivery charges once the order gets to your address
-Disclaimer: If the package you received doesn’t meet your expectations just return it no hard feelings but you will be required to pay for the Rider fees
2. Pick up mtaani – This is an affordable delivery company that has agents in most locations within Nairobi and it’s outskirts. In this option you will be required to pay for the delivery charges when your order is being dispatched and pay for the product once you have collected/Received it.
3. Matatu– We also consider customers who prefer this option. The driver or conductor is the link between us therefore you will be required to pay for the product(s) once you confirm that we have dispatched your product either by sharing a picture of the receipt or receiving a call from the driver or conductor.
OTHER COUNTIES FAR FROM NAIROBI
We send parcels Using your preferred means. If you want to pay for the product once you receive it, you will be required to pay for delivery charges before we dispatch your order, directly to the courier company you recommend either G4S,SPEEDAF or WELLS FARGO.
We do this in order to discourage those customers who are not serious when placing orders and fail to collect their packages when they get to the region(s) they selected,Also as a show of commitment.
If you want us to use a different courier company or matatu sacco that do not offer payment on delivery terms , you will only make payment for product and parceling fees once we share receipt as confirmation that your package has been dispatched. This reduces the fear that you can pay for the product and we fail send your parcel
